We Accept Credit Cards Payment Through PayPal


For formal application and to register, YOU MUST FIRST CONTACT Anna Lank by e-mail at alank@c3ny.org to determine if there is availability for the dates you are requesting. Day Three has a limited enrollment available of 13 doctors - first come, first served, on a payment received basis. If a student wishes to take Day One or Days One and Two in one month, and Day Three in a subsequent month, an additional charge will apply.

All payments in the form of checks must be received absolutely no later than one week prior to your first registered day of the workshops. If we do not receive your check by this date, we will be forced to give your spot to another applicant. If we do not receive your payment, either by check or credit card, by midnight EST one week prior to the start of the workshop, you will be charged an additional $50 late registration fee.
